This summer won't last forever. I'll make sure the memories will.
It Starts with Hello !
2026 marks my 46th year behind the camera, and over those decades I’ve watched the world of beach photography change dramatically.
One thing that hasn’t changed is my approach.
My style remains timeless and classic — creating portraits that families proudly display on their walls for years to come.
Rather than relying on trendy editing styles or artificial effects, I focus on capturing the natural beauty of the Jersey Shore with you and your family as the true subject of the photograph.
I don’t rely on artificial skies, heavy filters, or overly processed images. Instead, I use careful lighting and a touch of flash to bring out natural color, depth, and dimension so the portraits look vibrant and authentic.
The goal is simple: beautiful, natural beach portraits that never feel dated.
A Jersey Shore Photographer Since 1983
I was raised in Ohio but have called the Jersey Shore home since 1983, photographing families along the beaches from Long Beach Island to Cape May.
I spend a couple of months in California in the winter because it's do damned expensive...ugh...but truly beautiful.
A Little Something Unexpected
Photography isn’t my only creative passion.
This year also marks my 51st year performing close-up magic, and for the past 16 years I’ve performed weekends at the Stone Harbor Bar & Grill in Stone Harbor, NJ.
It turns out that both photography and magic share something in common — creating memorable moments that people talk about long after the experience is over.
